Chimichurri | Serves 4

This spicy herb mixture is great to slather on fish, poultry or meat but it’s also delish mixed with pasta or rice and even solo with a good cracker or slice of bread.

INGREDIENTS
1 bunch cilantro (about 2 cups packed leaves + stems)
2 cloves garlic, whole
1/2 cup olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

METHOD
Combine all ingredients in food processor and purée (not too finely).
