Stefanie's journey with food and healing began at a young age. Driven by a deep passion for cooking, she found herself in the kitchen of Naturally Good Market + Cafe in Montauk, NY, in the mid-1980s. There, she spent her summers working and learning until 1991. Battling chronic illness, Stefanie applied her culinary knowledge to transform her own health. Her lived experience with trauma, illness, and healing is remarkable, and her ability to inspire others with credibility, practicality, and humor is unmatched.
