Edible Solutions is a 6-week virtual program for anyone who wants to: (1) Recognize what healthy and unhealthy ingredients are; (2) Reshape food choice and habits; (3) Renourish though hands-on cooking with simple, nutritious and delicious recipes. This program is delivered through a combination of weekly videos and activities as well as live zoom sessions plus office hours with Stefanie.

Program Outline
This first week will include a general introduction, individual as well as paired and shared activities. Each week thereafter, noted food groupings will be explored with an ingredient deep dive (Pantry Rehab) followed by a cooking session (Meal Rehab).
