Skillet Broccoli | Serves 4
It’s really this simple! A delicious way to enjoy this cruciferous. Add garlic too if you fancy. Sometimes I do it with and sometimes without. Also great with fresh lemon juice.
INGREDIENTS
1 head broccoli, broken into florets and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt, to taste
fresh ground pepper, to taste
METHOD
In a large skillet heat oil on medium. Add broccoli and let brown for 2-3 minutes, then toss and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Finish with salt and pepper.
