Chocolate Chip Hemp Cookies | ONE DOZEN

This recipe has fast become my gluten free and diary free baking go-to. Adapted from a recipe I found here. cause I am kinda a half-assed baker (meaning I just can’t really bake!). I use King Arthur gluten free flour and Enjoy Life Foods allergy free chocolate. I hope you love as much as we do.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups gluten free 1 to 1 flour mix, King Arthur
1 cup hemp seeds
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup chocolate chips, dairy free
1 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup oat milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar, packed

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚.

  2. Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and toss. Add wet to another, mix well then gently toss in with dry ingredients.

  3. Scoop a healing tablespoon of batter onto a parchment covered baking sheet. Repeat until you have 12 cookies. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool, remove from baking sheet and repeat.
